Last House On the Left Sequel Talk

You know what I love more then a remake? A sequel to a remake. Seriously have we reached a new low here or what? I will admit I liked the remake of Halloween but the sequel concept scares me. I do not have any interest in the upcoming remake of Last House on the Left so the new talk of a sequel is of no interest to me. STYD is reporting that Wes Craven has decided that he should take a break from remakes to instead do something creative in the form of a sequel to a remake.. namely Last House on the Left.

Apparently there is discussion about doing one and I for one think its time to cut the cord and do something new. Wes Craven has way to much talent to be stuck doing remakes.
