I Walked With A Zombie Director Announced

Awhile back it was announced that several of RKO's titles were up for remakes. One of which that was announced was I Walked With A Zombie. Today Variety is reporting that Roseblood and Twisted Pictures have attached Adam Marcus to direct. His past work includes Jason Goes to Hell which doesn't help his credibility much.

The film focuses on a private tutor who discovers a terrifying family secret while working at the ancient estate of a New Orleans businessman. The original was a forerunner of the corps of walking corpse films that followed. RKO's Ted Hartley called the film one of the most valuable in the RKO library.
