Blood The Last Vampire Gets US Distribution Deal

Blood the Last Vampire has been picked up by Samuel Goldwyn Films for a North American release. No word on when it will be released or how wide but I am not expecting it will get a very wide release.  The Synopsis from IMDB goes as follows:  A vampire named Saya, who is part of covert government agency that hunts and destroys demons in a post-WWII Japan, is inserted in a military school to discover which one of her classmates is a demon is disguise.

Blood doesn't have a North American release yet, but will hit theaters in the UK June 12, Japan May 29 and France June 17th.
