Helena Bonham Carter Terminator Spoiler

Obviously a huge spoiler but also pretty cool. I predicted this and saw it coming but I am curious to see just what her role as 'Serena' in the movie entails. Her role is called pivotal and key but also quite small. Any thoughts?
