New Site Design Goes Live

After much hard work and little fanfare the new design for our mainpage of HorrorMovies.ca is done. The goal in redesiging the site for 2009 was to simplify our look but maintain our emphasis on community and keeping our butt-load of content in an easy to find format.

Clearly we are not done but I hope you all enjoy our new mainpage. We will be rolling out new pages site wide over the coming weeks and wanted to get our new 'splashy' mainpage up so you could all see it. Thanks to everyone who provided feedback as we worked on it to make it the site it is now.

 As part of this new site design I also want to welcome our newest writer Captain Howdy who is doing featured editorials on a weekly basis similar to PoppaScotch. I hope you enjoy his writings as much as you enjoy our new design. Thank you for reading and being a part of our community. Looking forward to more horror fun in 2009!
