Watchmen Scribe's Next: Battling Boy

After coming off the rather successful launch of the Watchmen film, Alex Tse has been hired to adapt Battling Boy for Plan B and Paramount. Brad Pitt's Plan B production shingle picked up the rights to the forthcoming graphic novel back in November. The book is schedueled to ship in November.

The story, written and illustrated by Paul Pope, follows the son of a god who comes down from the top of a mountain at his father's urging to rid the giant, continent-sized city of Monstropolis of a plague of beasts. Once this project gets rolling we will let you know so keep it here for more.
