Twilight Star Gets A Roommate

About a month ago we got the news that Leighton Meester from Gossip Girl had joined up the cast of Roommate, and now Twilight fans can rejoice since Cam Gigandet (he played James in Twilight) has just signed on to star with Meester in this Screen Gems release, according to Variety

Roommate is a bit closer to a psychological thriller, whereby a college girl becomes obsessed with her new roommate.  Something like Single White Female goes to College?  Either way, Gigandet will play the boyfriend to Meester's character. 

Screen Gems is looking to get this going starting in May, so watch for more updates as they come!
