Another Asian Remake... PHONE

I tell you what it seems everytime I turn around I am posting a brand new announcement about yet another remake. This go around from ScreenDaily comes word that the korean horror film PHONE is getting remade.

The director Byeong-ki Ahn’s will be back to direct the remake and word is that it will potentially film in Korea.

The plan is for it to shoot later this year with a planned 2010 release date. No word on who will star in the film.

That is two new remakes today alone since earlier I told you about the Videodrome remake. When does it stop? Apparently not anytime soon if you have a look at my Complete List of Upcoming Horror Remakes which lists over 70 films that are getting the remake treatment.
