Terminator Salvation DVD, 30 Mins More & Alternate Ending

So yesterday I was on a rant about McG spoiling the alternate ending for Terminator Salvation and part of my rant was why would you spoil it and not release it on the DVD as a real treat for fans. Well it seems that the DVD release of Terminator Salvation will have an alternate ending and my guess is it is probably the ending McG just ruined for us all in an interview with IO9 last week.

Also new to the DVD release will be 30minutes of extra footage according to Collider and it will include a nude scene featuring Moon Bloodgood. McG told MoviesOnline;

....there was a topless scene with Moon that was designed to echo the Kelly McGillis/Harrison Ford scene in Witness. It was very innocent, they’re 30 meters away from each other, but at the end of the day we all looked at it and felt, oh that feels gratuitous and feels like we’re placating the genre, and it may give people a platform to stand on to take the film less seriously, and we don’t want that. So nobody pressured me to make that decision, I made that decision.
