Universal Preps Bride of Frankenstein Remake

Ahh yes yet another remake. This go around Universal is prepping a remake of Bride of Frankenstein according to RBB. Neil Burger who did the Illusionist will write and direct the remake.

As most of you regular readers know I am not against remakes that bring something new and timely to a film. But really what can you do to Bride of Frankenstein? Its a classic b-movie horror film that has no reason to be turned into a mainstream horror film.
