Gruesome Piranha 3D Images

We have seen what would be considered some really bloody images coming from the set of Alexandre Aja's Piranha 3D. But today some truly gory goodies appeared on Fangoria thanks to a undercover scooper. The picture below is the one that truly amazed me..
