McG Talks Terminator 5 - HorrorMovies.ca

I was really excited for Terminator Salvation despite the choice of director which for me was frankly... pathetic. I am not a fan of McG and was worried when the franchise was handed to him. The casting of Sam Worthington and Christian Bale countered that and gave me high hopes. Either way I wanted to love Terminator Salvation and as much as it was a fun movie it was a bit of a let down. McG talked to RadioFree about Terminator 5 and revealed a little bit of what we already knew. This next film will be a prequel. Will we finally be seeing the war ?

Sometimes people like to take time off, but I'm excited about the next installation of the story in the Terminator idea. So for me, it's terribly exciting to get back out there and show a different face of that idea, and perhaps get out of the apocalyptic world into a contemporary world. And I think the audience is going to be very excited about our way in. And I haven't talked to anybody yet about that--you're the first one.

I love the Terminator movies and am glad they are making a Terminator 5 I just hope they finally pull back the curtain and show the war. So far we have seen lots of movies based before, and one film based after which showed us not enough
