Trick R Treat Fan Art Contest

With  Trick 'R Treat FINALLY heading to DVD and Blu-ray on October 6th, there is an opportunity for TEN lucky fans to be featured on the Blu-ray disc as part of a Fan Art contest.  Warner Brothers is running a contest thru September 22nd for fans to turn in their own Jack-o-lanterns, drawings, costumes, videos, etc etc that involve the creepy little kid Sam, who you may have seen in the trailers and promo material wearing the burlap bag mask with button eyes and creepy stitched on smile.  Winners are going to be chosen by Director Michael Dougherty himself and the ten winners will be featured on the BD-Live portion of the Bluray release of Trick R Treat.  Not only that, but you will also score yourself nice little prize packages too.  The grand prize winner even gets a Canon Vixia film camera among other things, so I know some of you aspiring filmmakers would love to get that for free.

For full rules and details, you can check out the official site which runs down everything from age requirements and how to submit stuff.  If you are interested in making a video, they even have a download for part of the films score so you can use it in your own creative film.  There is already some cool artwork submitted which you can browse in the photo and video galleries.

I know we have a lot of talented artists around here, so if you can get something donw before Sept 22nd, I say go for it and try and win yourself some cool stuff.  For those not entering, be sure to check out Trick R Treat on Bluray and DVD everywhere October 6th!
