University of Florida Removes Zombie Disaster Plan!

From Gene who is one of our best sources of interesting news comes word that the University of Florida has gone from prepared for doom... to doomed. The University of Florida according to the associated press had a plan posted on their site for a few different potential world changing events including;

• Hurricanes
• Pandemics
• ZOMBIES!!!!

The plan on the University website outlined how University Police and staff as well as students would respond to 'flesh eating, apparently life impaired individuals'. The plan also noted quite rightly that the life impaired individuals might exhibit 'documentation of lots of strange moaning'

University of Florida Spokesman Steve Orlando says that the plan was removed from their site as it was a 'gag' and the employee who posted it has apparently not been punished.

With all due respect to Mr Orlando that employee should be heralded for trying to protect mankind from the walking dead. The University of Florida has gone from most likely to survive the rise of the undead to just plain screwed.
