Hold your breath in complete shock. Paranormal Activity is now the most profitable film ever made. I was interviewed on CTV news last week and during the interview I told the country that very soon the movie would be the most profitable film ever made and it has now crossed that bridge.
The film which was made for $15k has made over $80million making one of the biggest return on investments ever for a studio. In fairness the films budget of $15k does not include the insane viral advertising efforts that were done online. I would bet the marketing budget is 100 times the budget of the film. The film has an 83.33% approval rating on our site with horror fans making it a definite must see!
