AFM Synopsis For Scream 4

Kevin Williamson just came out with a little update regarding the possible sequels and today thanks to the AFM we now have a little more information about Scream 4. As we already know Wes Craven is being heavily courted to come back and Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courtney Cox are definitely on board. Check out the synopsis below:
