Shimizu's Shock Labyrinth Trailer Surfaces

Director Takashi Shimizu is probably my favorite Japanese director. Having put together some fantasic Juon films and a little known horror gem Marebito he has quite a resume. Today the trailer for his upcoming 3D endeavor The Shock Labyrinth has surfaced online.

In the film, which stars Yuya Yagira, Misako Renbutsu, Ryo Katsuji, Ai Maeda, Erina Mizuno, and Suzuki Matsuo a group of teenagers are dealing with the sudden return of a friend who went missing a decade ago. When the friend falls ill, they take her to a hospital but end up trapped in a labyrinthine haunted house.
