Priest Production Has Wrapped Up

As most directors have begun dishing their updates on Twitter Priest director Scott Stewart is no exception. Just a couple days ago he tweeted, "Principal photography on Priest is complete! Best crew I've ever worked with. A bittersweet day."

Then early yesterday he followed up with how the wrap party went, "Recovering from the Priest wrap party at Dodger Stadium last night. So much fun. Speeches from home plate. Sizzle reel on the jumbotron!"

Adapted by Cory Goodman from a TokyoPop comic, "Priest" is set in a world ravaged by war between man and vampires. Paul Bettany stars as a warrior priest and vampire fighter who teams with a sheriff (Cam Gigandet) and warrior priestess (Maggie Q) to track down a murderous band of vampires who have kidnapped his niece. Check it out in theaters on October 1st, 2010.
