A Thank You to the Staff & Readers of HorrorMovies.ca

With the end of the year quicky approaching this is just a quick post to thank all of the moderators and writers who contribute like me in their spare time to try and bring you the latest and greatest in horror news within a fun and interesting environment.

I started this site in around 2004 and the goal for the site has always been a place for horror fans to get their hororr fix from fans just like you. Although we have some extremely talented writers at the end of the day we are just like you fans who are passionate about the genre and hopefully you find our passion and love for the genre entertaining and fun.

There are tons of great horror sites on the web and I am pleased to say we are in competition with none of them. I think I can speak for every writer on this site that we do this for the passion of doing it.... and no other reason. Here is to a great 2010 with the same writers and dare I say perhaps some new ones.

So with that said thanks goes to Goon, Deadmanwalkin ( who has freshly returned from hiatus ) GoldenSimatar, PoppaScotch, Moviemaven, Deadhorse13 and StoneCypher ( who is in school but will hopefully back writing more soon ).

A big thanks also goes to the moderators who make this site what it is. The moderators are the ones who have taken my philosophy of respect and helped to mould our community into a friendly and fun environment for the discussion of horror. Most importantly a thank you to all of you who read the site. Without your readers sharing your 2cents, correcting us where need be and sending in scoops this would be a very dull place.

A side note, big kudos to Mirthquake who is the genius that designed our new site logo which is easily the coolest logo this site has ever had! Kudos to you big poppa we appreciaet your artistic efforts that gave us our awesome logo!
