Zombieland Writers Confirmed for Dead Pool

CHUD already reported on this months ago but Variety has jumped in to confirm that Zombieland writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are going to be writing the Dead Pool stand alone movie which will star Ryan Reynolds. I hope to goodness we get something dark and fun like SPAWN and not another Wolverine.

Dead Pool is a great character that the Wolverine movie kind of basterdized and one taht can make for a great new series for those of us who prefer our mutants dark and destructive.
