Sam Worthington Headlining Dracula: Year Zero?

Sam Worthington is making quite a name for himself lately starring in Terminator Salvation, Avatar and the upcoming Clash of the Titans film. Today comes a rumor that he may be donning the fangs to play Dracula in Alex Proyas' Dracula: Year Zero.

This tidbit of news came from a very irate scooper over at Latino Review. I tend to agree with the complaint that I think Sam Worthington is definitely not a good choice for Dracula however. My guess is that they want a big name to play Dracula and not someone who would actually fit the role. Hopefully this stays a rumor but regardless Dracula Year Zero still should make for an interesting flick.
