HorrorMovies.ca Nominated for Award! Go Vote

So this morning I got an email about an annual awards event called the Splatcademy Awards which has been going on for 3 years and it seems for some strange reason we got nominated. So clearly before they sober up and realize that we are but a bunch of fools babbling incoherently about horror with bad grammar and horrendous spelling ( well ok that is mainly just me ) .. go vote for us!

In all seriousness kudos to all the writers who contribute in their spare time to this site and make it a really fun place to talk about horror and learn about whats happening in our favorite genre. And even more kudos to those of you readers who call this site home, share your thoughts on the forums and contribute reviews on your favorite and most horrendous horror films you have seen!

I have always said it and it will always remain true, we are fans.. writing about what we love. Take a minute and vote for us if you feel so inclined and tell your friends and lets see if our small little blog can get enough votes to get us some kind of recognition for what we try to do here each and every day for the last 6 years! I do not expect to win but I do think we can get at least 5 votes if Me, Goon, PoppaScotch, deadmanwalkin and at least one of you votes for us :)
