IFC Gets A Steal with Stolen

IFC has just acquired North American rights to the upcoming thriller Stolen. The film be released on video-on-demand March 3 and will open at the Clearview Chelsea in New York on March 12 and the Sunset 5 in Los Angeles on March 19. Starring in the film are Josh Lucas, Jon Hamm, James Van Der Beek and Rhona Mitra.

Project marks the feature film debut for director-producer team Anders Anderson and Andy Steinman and their production company A2 Entertainment. Story, penned by Glenn Taranto, centers on a small-town police chief who works to uncover the truth behind the mummified remains of a boy found in a box, buried for 50 years.
