The Wolf Man in Third Place at the Box Office
Universal seems to really want The Wolfman to do well so that they can unleash several other remakes based on their large collection of monster classics. Today the numbers are mostly in for the four day weekend putting The Wolf Man in at number three right behind Valentines Day and Percy Jackson.
The film managed to pull in $36 million over the weekend but is that really enough? For a horror film that is really a good number but for a studio that spent well over $150 million dollar on the film itself you have to wonder how Universal is going to be feeling. We'll know soon enough in the coming days when announcements concerning the other films being lined up get updates.
