Sucker Punch Now In 3D - HorrorMovies.ca

Of course after the monster success of Avatar studios are going to try and figure out what they can do to achieve that. One of the elements that helped sell the film was the 3D element and to help them move some of their other films Warner Bros. has decided to adapt that medium.

That said Zack Snyder's next directoral effort Sucker Punch will now be in 3D. The cast consists of Scott Glenn, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Carla Gugino, Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens and Abbie Cornish. The release has been slated for March 25th, 2011.

Set in the 1950s, "Sucker" centers on a girl confined to a mental institution by her evil stepfather, who intends to have her lobotomized in five days. While there, she imagines an alternate reality to hide from the pain and in that world begins planning her escape, needing to steal five objects to help get her out.
