Zombie Beatles vs Mick Jaggerthegoldensimatar
To be quite honest, I'm not much of a Beatles fan; I've just never gotten into their music. Rolling Stones however, I'm a huge fan of. So needless to say this story is going to be show everyone's true colors on this site; who is on the side of the Beatles and whose on the side of the Stones.
Deadline has learned that Double Features has optioned the rights to Paul Is Dead: The British Zombie Invasion by Alan Goldsher. The storyline is simple, Zombie John Lennon makes zombies out of McCartney, Ringo and Harrison and they begin their worldwide tour and much through the gray matter of dozens of groupies. All the while being pursued by the great British Zombie Hunter Mick Jagger. And Ninja Lord Yoko Ono...yeah, you heard me.
To be even more honest, I'm shocked that the Beatles would be considered zombies; I can make the easy "Stones have looked like zombies since the '80s" but its already obvious. If this movie goes forward, I cannot think of any actor who can portray Mick Jagger...my money is just hire Mick Jagger to play himself. Sure he looks older but his mannerisms are quite unique. Double Features is currently shopping the film to investors and talent so keep your eyes peeled here for more info.
