Dead Rising 2 Release Date Set

Capcom emailed me today to let me know that Dead Rising 2, is set for release across North America on September 28, 2010. Sequel to the million plus seller, Dead Rising, and set in the gambling paradise of Fortune City, Dead Rising 2 introduces a new main character, Chuck Greene, and 1000’s of new zombies in this darkly comedic, no holds-barred action title. 

Dead Rising 2 is set several years after the infamous zombie invasion of Willamette. Unfortunately, the zombie virus was not contained at the conclusion of Dead Rising, spreading unchecked throughout the United States and Dead Rising 2 depicts a country where zombie outbreaks continue to strike.
