Wes Craven's My Soul To Take Trailer

Wes Craven's new film My Soul to Take, formerly called 25/8, is set to hit theaters this October.  With that date right around the corner, it's about time they popped a trailer out for this film and they have done just that.  The trailer premiered on Yahoo Movies and you can check out the trailer below. Personally I must say I am a bit disappointed as it looks like a lot of the other teen slashers to come down the pipes in recent years but feel free to add your comments as well.

Oh and have we mentioned it's being released in 3D? (Did I just here mass groans from our readers?) At least it's rated R for strong bloody violence and pervasive language including sexual references.

Soul to Take has also gotten a new release date so it doesnt have to compete with Saw 3D, so look for it to now hit theaters October 8th.

In the sleepy town of Riverton, legend tells of a serial killer who swore he would return to murder the seven children born the night he died. Now, 16 years later, people are disappearing again. Has the psychopath been reincarnated as one of the seven teens, or did he survive the night he was left for dead? Only one of the kids knows the answer.

Adam "Bug" Heller (Max Thierot) was supposed to die on the bloody night his father went insane. Unaware of his dad’s terrifying crimes, he has been plagued by nightmares since he was a baby. But if Bug hopes to save his friends from the monster that’s returned, he must face an evil that won’t rest ... until it finishes the job it began the day he was born.
