Real Life Skynet: Military Loses Control

I have always been a fan of the Terminator movies and frankly a strong believer that one day our own stupidity could result in a real life skynet situation. CNN is reporting that just such a scenario took place but fortunately wont be resulting in the end of mankind just yet.

A Military base in Maryland lost control of its brand new unmanned MQ-8B Fire Scout Helicopter and luck would have it they lost control of it, of all places, in Washington DC. The military lost complete control of the vehicle for 20minutes during which who knows what went down. It happened on August 2nd and the aircraft travelled 23 miles entering Restricted Capital Air Space.

Seriously if this doesnt scare the crap out of you then your a better man or woman then me. When the machines come for me I will be ready like any other red blooded horror nut but it may be sooner then we think.
