Zombies Crashed on Interstate 84

Thanks to Gene who emailed us today, with an incident which occurred on Friday on Interstate 84 near Portland. A car full of people dressed as zombies rolled over as it swerved in the eastbound lanes of the freeway and crashed on it's top. There was initial confusion from people who witnessed the crash, due to the zombie costumes witnesses thought the injuries was much more serious.

Emergency crews soon arrived and 5 victims where taken from the crash to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. The victims where on there way to a party at the time of the crash.

Sgt. Greg Stewart said: "We're glad everyone is alive, despite being 'undead'."

The crash halted traffic in the eastbound lane for about an hour, reducing traffic to just one lane, eventually all lanes were opened at around 11pm.

It sucks being a zombie sometimes, next time get an automatic, you won't lose your leg dealing with the clutch! In all seriousness thankfully everyone came away with nothing serious, I can just imagine the witnesses watching a group of zombies clambering out of a car, if I was there I'd be running for my shotgun :D
