New Let Me In TV Spot
Below you can checkout a brand new TV Spot for the remake of Let The Right One In which is being directed by Cloverfield director Matt Reeves. From what I have seen from the trailers and TV spots this film appears to be a scene by scene remake of the original which is for me the worst kind of possible remake for fans of the originals. I much prefer if you are going to remake a film you take the route Zach Snyder did with Dawn of the Dead and respect the original but add your own elements.
In this case since I doubt most mainstream movie goers have seen the original so they will likely be greatly impressed by the remake if it proves to be half as good as the original. I would encourage you to checkout the original film which is currently on sale on Amazon for $9.00. It has an impressive 85% approval rating based off 12 reviews on our site.
At anyrate back to the point below is the new TV spot. Synopsis: Chloe Moretz (Hit Girl from Kick-Ass) stars as Abby, a mysterious 12-year old girl, who moves next door to Owen (Kodi Smit-McPhee, The Road). Owen is a social outcast who is viciously bullied at school and in his loneliness, forms a profound bond with his new neighbor. Owen can’t help noticing that Abby is like no one he has ever met before. As a string of grisly murders occupy the town, Owen has to confront the reality that this seemingly innocent girl is really a savage vampire.
