Exclusive: Stink of Flesh Gets Distribution!

Got some very sweet news for those of you following our writings on the Stink of Flesh. This movie by the way was my favorite indie zombie movie. So, at any rate here is what Scott emailed us:

The Stink of Flesh has been picked up for worldwide distribution by Tempe Entertainment The tentative street date for the US release is May 24th, 2005. I believe a deal is in the works for the UK release, as well, with other territories to follow.

The DVD will feature a 5.1 Surround Sound mix (holy cats!), two commentary tracks, a making-of featurette, outtakes, an Opening Night featurette, and more! We're currently working on putting all the extras together.

Meanwhile, I turned in my FRIDAY THE 13TH book (FRIDAY THE 13TH: CHURCH OF THE DIVINE PSYCHOPATH) to the publisher and it's scheduled for release on August 1st, 2005. Incredibly, it's already available for preorder at Amazon.com Check out the Book! I hope all is well. Thanks again for all the help promoting the movie!

It always puts a smile on my face when we hear from an indie film maker that does good as a result of the free PR from our site. I really enjoyed Scott's movie and I know those who won free copies through our site did as well. I can not wait to see how this turns out for him.
