Exclusive: Silent Hill Movie Happenings

The Silent Hill movie we are told is well on its way to being made. We have kept this info under our hat for awhile since we didnt want to spoil anything. Basically what we know is that the script is being written by Roger Avery, he announced recently that he is coming to Toronto to film. The is no official storyline out yet, but it is descriped as a mother and daughter’s quest to discover the secrets of the seemingly abandoned town "Silent Hill".

We know that the producing team is the same as the Matrix and that the film will have somewhere in the range of a 50 million dollar budget. The very cool part is that at this time we are told that Christopher Gans from Brotherhood of the Wolf fame will be directing. If you have not seen Brotherhood of the Wolf you need to, great film. The creature designer is Patrick Tatopolus who is originally from France . He did "Underworld 1 and currently 2.
