The curse of the Exorcist seiries continues. For some reason Paul Schraders film does not want to be seen. Morgan Creek has decided to torture Schrader some more by releasing the film on May 20th, one day after George Lucas unleashes "Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith". Previously titled "Paul Schraders Exorcist: The Beginning" has now been dubbed "Dominion: A Prequel to the Exorcist". Its probably a good idea to drastically change the name so everyone won't get the films mixed up.
As we all know, Paul Schrader made entertainment headlines by being fired from "Exorcist: Dominion", a prequel to "The Exorcist", after the film was completed, because the production company, Morgan Creek/Warner Brothers did not like the way he had directed it. The film was completely reshot, with Renny Harlin directing and released as "Exorcist: The Beginning".
