"The Crow: Wicked Prayer" DVD Artwork

Thanks to Dimension and DVDAnswers, we now have the first look at the upcoming direct to video release of Lance Mungia's "The Crow: Wicked Prayer" - the dvd is scheduled to be released on July 19, 2005.

The DVD will include: Anamorphic widescreen transfer and English Dolby Digital 5.1 track, a filmmaker audio commentary, deleted scenes, storyboards, a feature on the production design and a behind the scenes featurette.

Starring Edward Furlong, Tara Reid and David Boreanaz, the film tells the story of Jimmy Cuervo and his girlfriend, Lily. Both are murdered by Luc Crash and his satanic gang "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse".

The killings are part of a ritual, for Crash to become an immortal demon. But with the power of the crow, Cuervo rises from the dead to avenge his girlfriend's death, and to stop the completion of the ritual.
