The Dead Next Door DVD Specs

Goon
I have been waiting for ages to get my hand on "The Dead Next Door" DVD. This film was helmed by J.R. Bookwalter and was shot in my backyard, Akron, Ohio. The reason this movie gets a lot of play is that Sam Raimi helped Bookwalter finish up the project.

Lucky for us Fango got the scoop from Anchor Bay on what the specs for the DVD are going to be. Bookwalter's zombie epic will be presented in an all-new transfer remastered from the original film elements, with a Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround remix from the original 24-track elements (plus a Dolby Stereo Surround track). The fully loaded disc will also include:

• Audio commentary by writer/director Bookwalter, associate producer/actor Michael Todd and cinematographer Michael Tolochko Jr.
1985-2005: 20 Years in 15 Minutes featurette
• Behind-the-scenes footage with commentary by Bookwalter
• Deleted scenes and outtakes with commentary by Bookwalter
• Video storyboards
• Video preshoots
• Auditions
Three Miles Out music video
• Frightvision 2000 reunion
• Production still gallery
• Behind-the-scenes still gallery
• Original trailer

All of that for only 14.98! Now I'm definetly gonna pick up a copy.
