MindHunters: The TV Series?

WTF?  You have to be kidding me?  MindHunters - the TV series.  I barely knew the film was released in theaters (and now it's already playing at you local $1.00 theater).. and now someone want to make a series out of it.  In the imortal words of Palmer (Carpenter's The Thing) - "You gotta be F'ing kidding."

Here's what Cinescape has reported:

"IM (International Media) is looking to develop a TV series based on their thriller MINDHUNTERS, about a group of FBI profilers-in-training who discover on an exercise mission that there is a killer amongst them."

Man, just about anyone can get a series now a days.. one of these suits need to contact the deadman, I gotta an idea for one that deals with a circus midget, a double leg amputee porn star and a down on his luck website designer (that goes by the name of Puppetmaster). - Call me.

On a remote island, the FBI has a training program for their psychological profiling division, called "Mindhunters", used to track down serial killers.

The training goes horribly wrong, however, when a group of seven young agents discover that one of them is a serial killer, and is setting about slaying the others.

The movie is directed by Renny Harlin and stars Val Kilmer, Christopher Slater, Patricia Velasques and LL Cool J.
