More Casting for Zodiac - HorrorMovies.ca

According to Variety, Gary Oldman will be joining the cast of David Finchers "Zodiac". Oldman will play an attorney named Melvin Belli in the picture. Oldman will star alongside Mark Ruffalo, Robert Downey Jr., Jake Gyllenhaal and Anthony Edwards.

Right now Zodiac is in pre-production and in September it is expected to shift into production. The film wiil begin shooting in San Fransico where the Zodiac Killer was operating, and will also shoot in Los Angeles.

The books the film will be based off of tell the tale of the real life serial killer who was appropriately named "The Zodiac Killer". He ravaged San Francisco for 25 years and than he just disappeared. Graysmith and Avery use to work at the San Francisco Chronicle, where "The Zodiac Killer" would send letters taunting the police and the media.
