Charles Band is Hitting the Road!

I have always been a big fan of Full Moon entertainment. First they made great competent horror flicks like "Puppet Master" and now they are making some of the best slapstick horror flicks around ie "Gingerdead Man". Well now according to Figures.com Band is heading out on the road on tour. Check out what Band had to say:

"The geography is being worked out, the dates are being worked out," he says, "but it's going to be a twenty city tour. I'll probably do four cities a week, starting some time in mid- to late-September. Definitely, the last city and last stop will be Halloween night. It's a bit like what I did some years ago, but now there's so much more to talk about and bring to the table."

Before this he was talking about his new figures that he is releasing which he will be bringing with him. There will be a limited amount of Puppet Master figures. Only 1,990 were produced to match the year in which Puppet Master was first introduced. This next part I thought was really cool.

"We're definitely going to give away parts in movies. Someone in every city is going to get to be in one of these movies and I'm sure get killed in one of these movies. It can't get any better than that! By then we'll have the first three toys out, so we'll have toys and DVDs we can sell. This will mainly be about (screening) clips from the current and upcoming movies, behind-the-scenes stuff."

Man, I have to find out some dates on this tour. Sounds like it is going to be loads of Full Moon fun. He also went on to say that at every city he will bring a guest with him. It'll be two hours of craziness! He's bringing old props and things from older Full Moon movies. The tour will be called "Charles Band's Full Moon Horror Roadshow!".
