Hooper and More Involved in Horror Anthology

According to Variety, Tobe Hooper, Sean S. Cunningham, Monte Hellman, and John Gaeta will direct some film segments in the horror anthology "Trapped Ashes". The anthology has been put together by Dennis Bartok. He will script and produce the film with the help of Yuko Yoshikawa and Yoshifumi Hosoya of Elephant Studio.

Hellman will begin filming the framing sequences in November. Those sequences will be shots of four characters imprisoned in a room while they tell a scary story. Right now the film is expected to play in Japanese theatres but no word on a U.S. distributor yet.
