Stan Winston Producing The Deaths of Ian

One of the best in the buisness of Special FX, Stan Winston and his Stan Winstons Productions will be producing The Deaths of Ian. Also announced today via Variety is Mike Vogel starring in the film with Dario Piana at the helm.

The film to me sounds like a horror twist on Bill Murrays classic Groundhog Day. Vogel will play the title character in the story. An all-American guy who is murdered only to wake up each day in a slightly different life and experience another terrifying end.

Now with the help of Stan Winston I think this film could really take off. I mean they will get countless chances to off the same character. Its could be almost like a spin on the Final Destination films. I'm keeping my eye on this one.
