McShane Jumps On Case 39

A month ago there was a large string of horror films that had A-list celebrities all over them. I mean everybody from Queen Latifah to in this case Renee Zellweger. Deadwood star Ian McShane will be joing Zellweger in the upcoming horror/thriller Case 39.

Written by Ray Wright and directed by Chrisitian Alvart, the story centers on a social worker (Zellweger) who saves an abused girl from her parents but later discovers things are not as they seem. McShane will be playing a cop who helps Zellweger along with the case.

Variety says that filming on the movie will begin sometime this summer in Vancouver.
