More Join The Deaths of Ian

Do you guys remember Groundhog Day? Well according to the trades today the studio is promising this will be Groundhog Day with blood and guts. Sounds like a great idea, why didn't Bill Murray think of it first on the set?

Today it was announced that Christina (Casino Royale) Cole will play Mike (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) Vogel's girlfriend in Stan Winston Prods.' gory horror The Deaths of Ian, which is shooting in and around London and the Isle of Man. In case you have never seen Groundhog Day the story follows an all-American guy who is murdered only to wake up each day in a slightly different life and experience another terrifying end.

Vogel and Cole are joined by Jaime Murray (13), Michael Feast (The Virgin Queen) and newcomers Andrew Buchan and Michael Dixon. Stan Winston and his Production company are producing so you can bet that the gore effects in this one will be good.
