Cast Confirmed For Day of the Dead Remake

It looks like everyones scoop was correct and today the trades confirmed that indeed Ving Rhames, Mena Suvari, Nick Cannon, Stark Sands, Michael Welch, Annalynne McCord and hottie Christa Campbell will get theirs in the Day of the Dead Remake. Steve Miner will in fact be directing from a script by Jeffrey Reddick.

Just in case you've never seen the original (for shame) the film follows a group of scientists and military personnel holed up in an underground bunker because the world above is overrun with zombies. The lumbering flesheaters eventually find a way in and wreak havoc on the scientists who've been experimenting on their undead brethren.
