Warner Announces 3 Release Dates

According to Variety, Warner Brothers has just announced some release dates for their upcoming late summer/fall 2007 line up - First of which is the much awaited remake of One Missed Call directed by Eric Valette. It's another remake of the great japanese director Takashi Miike. It is slated to release on August 24th, 2007.

Second in the line up is The Visiting, directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel, for November 2, 2007. This marks a delay in the project, but that doesn't bother me, as long as they get the story right. It stars Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig and is about an alien illness that alters the behaviors of human being's - causing them to become more insane than we already are.

Third in the announcement is the film adaptation of Richard Matheson's novel, I am Legend, starring Johnny Depp (hell yeah) and Will Smith (hell yeah again). The date for this is November 21, 2007. In this tale, the entire world has been turned to vampires, save for one guy (played bby Will Smith) who must find a way to survive, while taking a few of the undead bastards out. Sure to be a blockbuster, if you ask me, and I know you didn't, but that's OK.
