Michael J. Fox Cast in The Tailsman?

The Tailsman is a project that has been rumored to be in one stage or another for the past couple of years. But everytime there seems to be a major break through the film is immediately thrown into turnaround. But with the recent boom in the horror industry it is quite possible that the film may be moving ahead.

Today Cinescape received a scoop that Michael J. Fox may be appearing in The Tailsman. Now for those of you who have never heard of this project, let me give you a heads up. The movie is actually based off of a novel by Stephen King in which a young Jack Sawyer enters a parallel world known as the Territories in search of a powerful tailsman in order to save his mother from certain death.

Now the scooped had no idea what the project was about so they didn't do any kind of sleuthing. The only other thing that came out from the scooper is that Steven Spielberg is involved with the picture as well. So we don't really have much to go on.

This is still a rumor of course and I wouldn't take it to the bank but it does give us hope that this project is still being shopped around Hollywood. The worst thing that could happen is that the whole idea would be scrapped, which obviously isn't the case here. So until more news is announced keep it here and we will bring it to you.
