Another Chainsaw Massacre? - HorrorMovies.ca

B-D recently had a little one on one time with the maniac behind the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Tobe Hooper. During the interview he mentioned that he will be the Executive producer on the upcoming TV show, Texas Chainsaw Chronicles that was mentioned awhile back. He said he hopes it airs after Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3.

So even though TCM: The Beginning has banked about $40 million to date thats still enough to push the series forward yet again. I'm not sure where they are going to take this series since they chopped off Leatherfaces arm in the remake. Maybe they will just do a sequel to the prequel if that makes any sense.

Hooper also mentioned that he is working on a book about working on the original film with his fellow partner Kim Henkel. He also mentioned that the book could be adapted to film. Now that is something I would love to see.
