Victor (Greg Bryk) is a young, powerful and twisted millionaire who is used to getting what he wants, even if that involves causing pain to others. Unbeknownst to him, his beautiful wife Elizabeth (Kristy Swanson, Buffy The Vampire Slayer) is having an affair with his lawyer and best friend Roman (Josh Peace). In order to remove Victor from their lives forever, Roman and Elizabeth use a deadly poison in an attempt to kill him instantly. But when the poison only paralyzes Victor, he awakens to his worst nightmare. Alone and left for dead in a morgue, Victor soon becomes the powerless victim at the hands of medical students.
