The Mist gets a Release Date

It looks like we may finally see The Mist soon enough. Today Boxofficemojo, has posted the release date for the film on November 21st, 2007. But the film is being put out by The Weinstein Co. which only means one thing.. Go ahead and throw that date out the window and expect the movie in the 2nd quarter of 2008.

Published in 1985 as part of King's short story collection "Skeleton Crew," "The Mist" takes place in a small town where a thick mist engulfs the area, killing those caught in its darkness. Terrified survivors seek refuge in a supermarket, while a swarm of murderous critters tries to get in.
