Transsiberian Casting Change

Today it was announced that there was going to be a casting change in Brad Anderson's latest horror thriller Transsiberian. Emily Mortimer will be replacing previously announced Samantha Morton. Mortimer will be joining Woody Harrelson, Kate Mara, Eduardo Noriega and Ben Kingsley.

So what is it that is keeping Samanth Morton from making the trip to Russia and Beijing? Well according to the trade a ceiling fell on her. Yea I'm starting to wonder if thats the equivalent of I have to wash my hair. Nevertheless the film must go on.

Transsiberian revolves around an American couple, Roy (Harrelson) and Jessie (Mortimer), who travel on the famed Trans-Siberian train from China to Moscow. They soon encounter another couple, Abby (Mara) and her boyfriend, Carlos (Noriega), and what seems to be a simple train journey turns into a chase full of deception and murder. Kingsley rounds out the cast as a Russian police officer hot on the trail of the couples.
